Our program is not personal training, but rather a hybrid of personal training and group training. Mandy has been a trainer for over 10 years. She loves motivating and helping each individual achieve their fitness goals. Mandy mainly handles the training portion of the Chrome Angel Program and has experience working with a variety of clients.
James is a personal trainer, former body builder and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. He has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.  He is passionate about helping our clients develop healthy habits that will stay with them for life.

I need to get in shape before I join a gym.

You are not alone. A lot of people feel this way and it does not matter whether they are underweight, overweight or just need to tone up. Getting involved in something new requires you to step outside your comfort zone. You’re scared you’re going to be judged and people are going to look down on you for being too skinny or too big, but rest assured, the atmosphere at our training facility and the attitude of our fitness team is not like that. Not even close. Everyone is very supportive and helpful. We train hard, but we also laugh a lot. It’s a great environment where a bunch of different people get together to reach the same goal – – the goal of progress. 

I’ve never worked out before. I won’t be able to keep up.

There’s no need to keep up with anyone else. You will work out at your pace and surpass your own challenges. Your body changes according to the work you put into it, not according to how much more you can do than someone else. We will teach you how to get the most out of your workouts. We will show you how to properly perform the exercises. All you have to do show up to beat the old you; not the person next to you.

I have back pain / knee pain.  Can I still do the program?

Absolutely.  We will tailor the workout plan to you and your specific abilities to help you maximize your efforts.  While we will push to you, we always think about safety first.  There are many ways to train so we simply adjust the exercises accordingly to help you perform the exercise routine without risking injury.  We always take into consideration the physical limitations of our clients, however,  it’s not uncommon for a client to come in with certain limitations and find out three months from when they started that they no longer have those limitations.

Weight Loss. Our weight loss program is designed to help you lose weight by making healthy choices and following a weight loss meal plan designed specifically for you. Our coaches and trainers will help develop your plan, set realistic goals, keep you on track and get you on your path to a healthier lifestyle. The plan is laid out for you, easy to follow, focuses on healthy eating and has been proven to promote weight loss in a short period of time. It also has the added benefit of lowering cholesterol and lowering blood pressure.

Toning.  Many women find themselves afraid to put on muscle so they shy away from lifting heavy weights or avoid strength training altogether. But if you’re looking to tone up and get rid of those jiggly arms and/or thighs, building muscle is the answer. Not only does having more muscle help you feel more confident, it also improves your posture and can help diminish the appearance of cellulite. Looking lean actually requires lifting weights in addition to proper nutrition. That’s where we come in.  Our muscle building program will provide you with strength training exercises tailored specifically for you and your current capabilities.  We will show you how to lift properly to maximize your time in the gym and also provide you with a personalized body toning meal plan to help you get that toned body you want even faster.  And you can put your fear of bulking up or looking masculine to rest. Men can naturally build more muscle than women because of their testosterone levels so it is scientifically impossible for women to bulk up. 

Form.What is it? Form is basically the particular way in which you are performing your exercise routine. Form is involved in all types of exercises; however, not everyone who exercises knows what the proper form for performing a particular set of exercises is. If you have been working out for a while but cannot build muscle or gain strength in a certain area, your form may be off. It can be difficult for you to determine what exactly is off because you feel like you are doing it right so you can’t tell what’s wrong. All you need is someone who knows how to perform the exercise optimally to review what you are doing and show you how to do it better. Concentrating on form may seem trivial as most people concentrate on getting the exercises over with, but when it comes to building muscle, small tweaks can make a huge difference. The most common issue people come to us about is how to properly squat. For the ladies, if you want nice toned glutes, the squat is your best friend. Perfecting the squat will make a world of difference in the tightness and shape of your glutes. We are pros at helping you sculpt your glutes.

Bikini Competition Prep. We offer competition prep training and meal plans for active competitors as well as those who want to compete or those who would like to compete at some point. We will begin with a detailed assessment and design a fitness plan that best suits your unique situation.

You will receive a week of personal training so we can help you perform your exercise routines with proper form and assess your fitness level;  a workout journal; and a nutrition and supplement program. Your workouts are tailored to you and adjusted accordingly to address your strengths and weaknesses.

We evaluate progress on a bi-weekly basis to help keep you on track and teach you how to stay motivated.  We also help with competition bikini selection, competition makeup selection, provide competition tanning tips on competition day and provide posing coaching, all at no extra charge.

Bikini Competitor Meal Plan — $180.00

Proper nutrition is the most important part of reducing body fat and gaining the right amount of muscle for bikini competitions. Coupled with the proper training methods, proper nutrition is what you ultimately need to mold your average body into an extremely fit body that’s ready to hit the competition stage. Our bikini competitor meal plan is designed to help you achieve the incredible results you want in a relatively short period of time.  It is an easy to follow step-by-step guide that is tailored specifically for you by our nutritionist and has proven results.

Simple Weight Loss Meal Plan — $120.00

​If you’re just trying to lose those extra pounds, this plan is perfect for you. The generally accepted rule to weight loss is to eat fewer calories than your body uses. While this is true, the formula is not as straight forward as it sounds. Carbohydrates, fats, and proteins provide your body with the calories it needs to function, however, reducing calories from the right source of energy is what is takes to effectively lose weight. Our weight loss meal plan is easy to follow, designed specifically for you, and will help you intake the appropriate amount of calories from the right sources for noticeable weight loss.

Final Cut Plan Competition Week — $80.00

You want to look competitive and your absolute best on competition day. The hard work in the months prior to the day of competition determines 95% of your stage shape; what you do during the week leading up to competition can give you that additional 5% to make you look even better. Our final cut plan will help you reduce any water weight you may be holding, help decrease additional body fat, and tighten you up to reduce any fluffiness you may be experiencing. This additional cut is not drastic, but will give you the noticeable difference you’re looking for to boost your confidence level on competition day.

Posing — $70/Hour

Your stage presence can have a huge influence on your placing. One of the worst things a contestant can do to herself is work extremely hard on her physique, but then pose in such a way that downplays just how great her physique really is. There are various stances and minor angle changes that can be incorporated into your posing routine to emphasize your winning attributes while at the same time, minimize the areas that still need improvement. Our coaches can help you figure out the strengths and weaknesses of your physique and teach you how to pose for YOUR body so you can show off your hard work on stage.

Sixty Day Bikini Workout Plan — $60

Love the results our clients are getting, but feel more comfortable training on your own or live too far to train with us? Well now you can have access to our training methods. We have put together a 60 day training regimen that will surely challenge you and help you develop the nice tone body you’ve always wanted. The workouts are easy to follow and some only take as little as 30 minutes to complete but the end results are amazing. Follow our step by step guide on what muscle groups to train on which day and how much cardio you should be doing. Keep in mind that you cannot outwork a bad diet so if you need help in the diet area, check out our meal plans as well.
