About Chrome Angels Fitness
We specialize in helping our clients achieve whatever personal fitness goals they may have, whether it's competing in a show, toning up, building muscle, losing weight or just learning how to exercise and eat right. We listen to our clients, get an idea of what they have done, go over what has worked, what has not worked and develop a program that will yield the best results for them. Our program is not personal training, but rather a hybrid of personal training and group training. It works well and our clients have achieved unbelievable results in as little as 30 days.  The secret is the team atmosphere that is an inherent part of our program.  Everyone is very supportive and support breeds success.  If your goal is to live a healthier lifestyle and build a body that stays fit year round or for those who compete, a body that is competition ready year round, then pick up the phone and contact us or send us an email.  We look forward to hearing from you. 
Mandy has been a trainer for over 10 years. She loves motivating and helping each individual achieve their fitness goals. Mandy mainly handles the training portion of the Chrome Angel Program and has experience working with a variety of clients.
James is a personal trainer, former body builder and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. He has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.  He is passionate about helping our clients develop healthy habits that will stay with them for life.

Our Coaches Address a Few Common Concerns of Fitness Newbies:

I need to get in shape before I join a gym.

  • You are not alone. A lot of people feel this way and it does not matter whether they are underweight, overweight or just need to tone up. Getting involved in something new requires you to step outside your comfort zone. You're scared you're going to be judged and people are going to look down on you for being too skinny or too big, but rest assured, the atmosphere at our training facility and the attitude of our fitness team is not like that. Not even close. Everyone is very supportive and helpful. We train hard, but we also laugh a lot. It's a great environment where a bunch of different people get together to reach the same goal - - the goal of progress. 



I've never worked out before. I won't be able to keep up.

  • There's no need to keep up with anyone else. You will work out at your pace and surpass your own challenges. Your body changes according to the work you put into it, not according to how much more you can do than someone else. We will teach you how to get the most out of your workouts. We will show you how to properly perform the exercises. All you have to do show up to beat the old you; not the person next to you.  



I have back pain / knee pain.  Can I still do the program?

  • Absolutely.  We will tailor the workout plan to you and your specific abilities to help you maximize your efforts.  While we will push to you, we always think about safety first.  There are many ways to train so we simply adjust the exercises accordingly to help you perform the exercise routine without risking injury.  We always take into consideration the physical limitations of our clients, however,  it's not uncommon for a client to come in with certain limitations and find out three months from when they started that they no longer have those limitations.
